Hi skaters,
it's been a while since i've posted. Here are the updates with regards to the club.
1. In line for the upcoming Youth Olympic Games (YOG), there will be an event by Samsung dubbed the "Samsung Human Torch Event".
This event is exclusive and is only by invitation only. Our club is lucky enough to be one of those invited. (not allsports teams are invited for this event).
Below are the details of the event.
Event: The Samsung Human Torch 2010 @ Merchant Loop
- A kick-off journey of the Olympic Flame whereby the torch gets passed around and finally into the cauldron.
There will be an extremely attractive goodie bag containing:
- Samsung Human Torch T-shirt!
- Exclusive Towel
- Exclusive mini-Fan
- A fibre-optic YOG mini-torch
- A limited edition unique “Coin”
- Clappers
- Light sticks
- Horn (shaped like the Vuvuzela!)
- Samsung Human Torch sling bag
There will be a one-way transport to the venue which is at Merchant Loop across Swiss Hotel @ Clarke Quay. Pick up timing is on 23 July 2010, 4pm.
Do remember that SEAL points will be given for attending this event not to mention about the goodie bag. Did i mention about LOA will be provided as well? Yes for those of you attending, LOA will be provided from 4pm onwards only.
For those of you who have already signed up congratulations, for those who have not and wish to do so,please contact me during this coming training session. 2. As mentioned on the previous training session, I will be collecting money for the "TEAM TEMASEK" shirt 2010. It will cost $10 for the shirt. Collection of the money will start on this coming week's training.
