Update:
Due to foreseen circumstances, we decided to stop the rental service for a few reasons.
- Lack of active participation and cooperation from the members renting.
Think this is the priority reason why we are not giving such service anymore. We've messaged umpteen times and requested for cooperation a lot of times. (eg. Like asking to reply if you are coming down or not)
The reason is that we need the size breakdown to facilitate the renting process. I'm not sure if any of you actually put into consideration of how much effort and money my fellow skaters, Toshi and myself has put in to remind and constantly ask all of you if you are coming down or not before ignoring the updates on the blog and the sms sent to you.
Yes I know that there has been hiccups lately on the renting side. But, please do spare a thought that getting such services and maintaining it is not an easy job. To be honest, we can actually not care less and just not provide the rental service. It is because of our passion and desire to skate and just that is enough to spread the joy of skating.
- Vendors themselves are putting at a loss to provide this service.
Trust me on this. The vendors themselves are very kind enough to provide the service at the loss. There has already been a few times that they made a loss and seriously, it's not a good business deal.
You may find this a little unconcerned to you, but if you are really keen in joining us, you'll at least be bothered to find out why. Take a look around for other vendors and see if they are willing to rent the skates at $5 a pair and only rent out 10 - 12 pairs.
I'm not intending to hold back my words on this post. I really wish to make myself clear and get the point across to you all.
For those who are renting from us previously and wishes to continue to skate with us, please contact Daryl or Toshi directly by the end of this week to settle your attendance, SEAL points and purchase of skates. For the rest who can't care less, your SEAL points will be void and I wish you all the best.

Clarification of the previous post.
Yes, I'm removing people from the skate club from next week onwards.
