This post targets mainly to the main committee. Not that I am trying to shoot you down in a public website, but I want to make things clear cut.
President, VP and QM (or managing director for Tyler's case) have to keep in communication. If communication breaks down in any of the 3, trust me, whatever you all do will not work out the way you want.
Lesson learnt, and very good example from Toshi and myself when we were handling the club. Very obvious that the breakdown in communication leads to alot of misunderstanding and alot of problems. If you hear me complain, you know what I mean.
I don't put the blame on anyone and don't wish to, I hope you all see that, I just want to put a firm reminder on the work ethics you guys put up. You all are in-charge of the skating club for the next year. How it goes really depends on your action and attitude towards the management of the club.
Note: JS, please keep ur fellow committee updated. Don't care who is in the main comm, sub comm or what, just update the people you are supposed to update. Secondly, I believe that the march event is organized and announced by Hvper before last week?
